What this project is

This project is a custom Notion database built to bring structure and consistency to New World war VODs.

Its goal is to replace chaotic Twitch history with a clean, filterable system that makes it easy to review wars, track roles, and analyze performance over time, as well as making the hand-in phase faster and more efficient.

The database standardizes every VOD using consistent metadata, automated formulas, and clear grouping logic. Turning raw gameplay footage into searchable, usable information.

Core Features

Automated role classification (Notion formula)

A custom multi-stage formula analyzes both the Role and Group fields and assigns a final role automatically.

This covers:

• Support

  (IG/VG, Flail/IG, SNS)

• Healer / Support Healer

  (AOE, group, dex, quad healers)

• Bruiser role splitting

  • G1–G2 → Point
  • G3–G6 → Quad

• Dex assignments

  • Healer / Dex healer in G7–G12 → Dex
  • Heavy Dex, Medium Dex, Voidblade → Dex

All of this happens without any manual typing in the Role field.
